This is an application for anticipatory bail in CR No.277 of 2019 registered with Dindoshi Police Station for offences under Sections 326, 323 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. Manish S.

It appears that there is hostility between two families. The injured is a boy aged about 14 years. The applicant no.1 has allegedly assaulted him by stick on the hand which has resulted in fracture. Applicant no.2 caught hold of the victim. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the application before Sessions Court, they were granted interim protection. Subsequently this Court has also granted interim protection by order dated 15th October 2019. The applicants have co-operated with investigation. Custodial interrogation of applicants is not required.

Learned APP submitted injured is boy aged about 14 years. Specific role has been attributed to the applicants. The injured has sustained injuries.

Learned counsel for intervenor opposed the application. It is submitted that minor child was assaulted by the accused. Several complaints were lodged against the accused. The injured was hospitalized.

Both the applicants are ladies. They have attended Police Station. Considering the factual aspects, custodial interrogation is not necessary. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) Interim order dated 15th October 2019 is confirmed; (iii) In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with CR

3 of 3 4.ABA.2258.2019.doc No.277 of 2019 registered with Dindoshi Police Station, the applicants be released on bail on their executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount; (iv) The applicants shall report Investigating Officer as and when called for till filing of charge sheet;

(v) Interim Application No.1484 of 2020 is disposed of. 8.
