Mumbai, MPID, Unit8, Mumbai submitted that, 37 properties of the accused company and other accused persons have been attached and the list of it is forwarded to the Deputy Collector of Mumbai Suburban for further proceedings. In view of above, the principal grievance of the Petitioners and as prayed for in prayer clause (c) has been meted out. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
