This is an application for early hearing of the appeal challenging conviction of the appellant for offence punishable under Section 498-A and 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant/appellant. He argued that the applicant is on the verge of retirement and, therefore, appeal needs to be heard. This Court is hearing appeal in which appellants are undergoing jail sentence in view of Judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the case of Hussain & Anr. v.
