By this Contempt Petition, the petitioner seeks the following substantive relief;

"(a) That the Respondents herein be dealt with under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for breach of with the directions given in Order dated 01.02.2022 of this Wakodikar 1/2

CP 721-2022.doc Hon'ble Court, as confirmed by Order dated 16.09.2022 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Order dated 22.08.2022 of the Hon'ble Family Court and an Undertaking given by them on 04.06.2022, and the Respondents be dealth with and punished to serve the maximum period of sentence in jail or fine or both as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit." 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in Court, states that the petitioner does not intend to pursue the aforesaid Contempt Petition, since he has been handed over the custody of his child by this Court vide order dated 28th February, 2023.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
