In furtherance of the order dated 21/10/2022, passed by this court in an earlier round when the applicant approached this court (vide Bail Application no. 3019 of 2022), he was served with another notice on 3/11/2022 asking him to produce certain documents.

The learned counsel for the applicant categorically states that he has submitted the required documents and there is no denial on this aspect by the Investigating Officer, who is present in the court, she categorically make a statement that the custody of the applicant is not necessary now, since he has rendered the Ashish Mhaske

Accepting the aforesaid statement the application is disposed off by the following order.

: ORDER :

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest applicant Raju Bhojraj Adwani shall be released on bail in connection with C.R.No. 156 of 2022 registered with Chunabhatti Police Station, on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence.
