The learned counsel appearing for the respective parties jointly submitted that the parties have settled the matter and consent terms have been filed before the Bombay City Civil Court, Dindoshi in S.C. Suit No. 2778/2014. The learned counsel for the original complainant/respondent no.2 submitted that the original complainant has no grievance against the applicants herein. In view of the same, interim relief granted by an order dated 5.11.2015 is confirmed.
