Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner plaintiff challenges the order dated 07.11.2015 passed by the 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division Kalyan below Exhibit- 32 in Special Civil Suit No. 252/2015 directing the plaintiff to correct the valuation in plaint and pay the court fees as per the said valuation.

After arguing for some, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he received instructions from the petitioner No.2 that they are ready and willing to comply with the order dated 07.11.2015 passed by the Trial Court within 12 weeks from today. Statement is accepted.
