The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal sent by the second petitioner for approval to appointment of first petitioner on the post of Peon though sent way back on 5/10/2012 (Exh.C), but respondent No.2 has not considered and decided the same yet. He submits that petitioner No.2 sent various reminders for deciding the said proposal, but as on date the said proposal has not been decided by respondent No.2. 1/2

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of the petition by directing the competent authority of the respondents to decide the petitioner's proposal sent by petitioner No.2 for approval to the appointment of petitioner No.1 as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
