1] After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. 109 of 2018 registered with RCF Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into Special (POCSO) Case No. 288 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, does not commence within a period of nine months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
