Learned APP on instructions from the jailor attached to Thane Central Prison submitted that, Petitioner has been acquitted by the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane from MCOC Case No. 1 of 2014 arising out of C.R.No.241 of 2013 registered with Kasarvadavli Police Station, Thane and has been released from jail on 2nd March 2017.
