This is an application received through jail. Mr. Yashpal Thakur, was appointed as Amicus Curie by this Court to represent the applicant. Heard Mr. Yashpal Thakur, learned Amicus Curie and the learned APP. By the present application, the Applicant has sought a prohibitory order from his arrest after his acquittal from the case of which the trial is presently being conducted before the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi. After reading the prayer in the application, this Court is of the view that such a prayer cannot not be granted to the Applicant. Application is misconceived and is accordingly disposed of.
