Learned counsel for the Applicant states that instead of pressing the prayer for bail he is making limited request to direct the Trial Court to commence and complete the trial in some time bound manner and granting liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not over within said period. 2.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The Trial Court is hereby directed to commence and complete said trial as early as possible and in any event by 31.8.2015 saving just exceptions. Applicant on his part shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the trial as ordered. Liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not over within the said stipulated period. (P.D. KODE, J.) Megha 1 of 1
