This Application is filed seeking restoration of Civil Application Stamp No.16370 of 2019 in First Appeal Stamp No.12210 of 2016. In the Application three weeks' time was granted for removing office objections. In case of failure, office was to refuse the registration without further reference to the Court. 3.

Thus, in view of order dated 21st April, 2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II), office has dismissed the Application for nonremoval of office objections within three weeks. BGP.

For the reasons stated, the Application stands allowed, subject to condition that the Applicant shall remove office objections within four weeks from today.
