Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The order (Exhibit 'PPP' to the Writ Petition) dated 23 rd June, 2017 passed by Shri. Laxmikant B. Mahajan is set aside. (b) Appeal No.1 of 2017 shall now be heard by the Divisional Social Welfare Officer, Pune Division, Pune within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order. (c) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (d) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Divisional Social Welfare Officer, Pune Division, Pune on 11 th December, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and after producing a copy of this order obtain necessary directions in the matter. (e) The parties shall not seek adjournment/s unless absolutely necessary.
