Today this matter is placed before this Court under caption "Circulation", however, this matter ought to have been placed under caption "Speaking to Minutes of the order". Heard both sides.

The learned counsel for the respondent stated that a praecipe has been filed on behalf of the respondent seeking correction in the names of advocate appearing for the

jdk 2 1.cwp.1105.18.doc respondent as mentioned in the cause title of the order dated 8.6.2018 passed by this Court. In the said order, the names of advocates appearing for respondent are wrongly mentioned and the same be corrected as per the praecipe.

In view of the above, the names of Advocates "Mr. R.S. Apte, Sr. Advocate a/w. Mr. Yashodeep Deshmukh i/b Mr. Rajesh Togrikar for the Respondent" appearing in the cause title of the order dated 8.6.2018 shall be replaced by "Mr. Rajendra Sorankar a/w Mr. Gaurav Bandiwadekar Adv. for Respondent." Necessary correction be carried out in the order dated 8.6.2018 and the corrected order be uploaded. Praecipe is disposed of accordingly.
