On due consideration of the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not taking steps to comply the peremptory order within time. The Applicant is directed to take necessary steps as already directed by this Court, within six weeks from today. On taking such steps, Writ Petition be listed for admission. In case no steps are taken within time as fixed, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.

Accordingly, Civil Application No. 3003 of 2012 is disposed of.
