Learned Counsel for Respondent-Bank states that the taking over of physical possession of the secured asset i.e. Duplex Flat Nos.13/14S on 9th and 10th Floor, South, in the building known as Jivesh Terraces, B-766, situated at B-766, B.J.Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai-400 050, which was scheduled to be taken today at 11 am, has been deferred.
