As per the office report, service report in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 is awaited. Thus, substituted service upon Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, can not be allowed.

As far as service upon Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, as per reports by bailiff, they have left the premises. Thus, the only option left with is to serve them by way of substituted service provided by virtue of the provisions under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In turn, Interim Application is allowed, partly. The substituted service is allowed to serve Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 only.
