Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. The learned counsel for the Applicant on the basis of the written instructions from G.M. Syntex Pvt.Ltd. i.e. the Applicant herein, seeks leave to withdraw the application as the parties to the application have amicably settled the issues.

In view of this, leave for withdrawal is granted. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably settled the matter, Respondent No.2 - the Court Receiver is discharged. 3.
