None appears for the Petitioner, heard the learned APP. The petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.1 to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's report. 2.

On the basis of the Petitioner's report the Tilak Nagar Police has registered a non­cognizable complaint. The Petitioner always has a remedy to file appropriate complaint before the Magistrate.
