Challenging the notice dated 27/10/2016 Ex.'E', the Petitioner has filed this Petition. We find that during the pendency of this Petition, period of contract for fishing expired on 30/07/2018. In the circumstances, nothing survives in the Petition. As a result, the Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
