By this application, the applicant-State of Maharashtra has impugned the order dated 16/09/2016 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, Dist-Thane, below Exh. 1 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1083 of 2016.

Having perused the impugned order, no infirmity is found in
