By an order dated 31.10.2017. the Applicant was granted interim relief.

The record indicates that the Application of husband of Applicant namely Vijay Raskar for pre-arrest bail bearing ABA No. 1908 of 2017 has been rejected by a reasoned order dated 03.11.2017. As noted in the said order, it is the co-accused Vijay Raskar and his brother Santosh Raskar are the perpetrators of the present crime. It further appears that the Applicant herein has not played any vital role in the present crime.

In view thereof, interim order dated 31.10.2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the investigating officer is hereby waived.
