Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the coaccused has been released on bail by the trial Court. He seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application before the trial Court on the ground of parity. 2.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court. The application be decided on its own merits by the trial Court considering the ground of parity.
