The Appeal is directed against an order dated 3rd November 2015 declining ad-interim reliefs. Parties request that rather than deciding the Appeal on merits, since the Notice of Motion itself has ripened for hearing, the order of status quo granted by this Court on 4th November 2015 and which has continued till today be continued until the final disposal of the Notice of Motion. 2.

The suggestion is reasonable. That order of status quo dated 4th November 2015 has not been vacated but on the contrary has been periodically continued. That order of status quo will continue 19th June 2017

23-AO345-16.DOC until the final disposal of the Notice of Motion, and, if the Notice of Motion is decided against the Plaintiff, for a period of two weeks thereafter.

The Appeal from Order is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.

The Civil Application does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.
