By this application, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 404 days in filing the present Appeal. The reasons for delay are explained in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Civil Application. Accordingly, the delay of 404 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- which shall be deposited by the applicant with the office of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within four weeks from today. Subject to deposit of costs, the appeal shall be numbered and listed for admission on 12th March, 2020.
