1) Criminal Appeal No. 1077 of 2015 is already admitted on 1/2

4-APPA-1396-2015.doc 23.11.2015. Other two co-accused have also preferred separate appeals, which are also admitted. Other two co-accused have been granted bail by this Court during pendency of the appeals. 2) Heard rival arguments on the application for bail filed by the applicant in Criminal Application No. 1396/2015. He is convicted for the offence under the Prevention of Corruption Act and also under section 420 of IPC. During the trial, he was on bail and after conviction he is granted bail till filing of the appeal. Reportedly, fine amounts are already paid. 3) In the above circumstances, the applicant in Criminal Application No. 1396 of 2015 be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court with fresh bonds to be executed before the trial Court. The present order of grant of bail is subject to depositing fine amounts, if earlier not paid. 4) Criminal Application No. 1396 of 2015 stands disposed of accordingly.
