Heard the applicant appearing in person.

Perused the documents at Exhibits-B and C. In view of the said documents, application is allowed in terms

Rane 2/2 CAW-2254-2018 (SR.24) 26.11.2018 of prayer clause (b).

As far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, it is mentioned in the application that the applicant is an Advocate by profession. Hence, prayer clause (c) is also granted for time being. Application is accordingly disposed of.

Place the Writ Petition on weekly board of the week commencing from 10th December, 2018.

5.

As this order is passed in the presence of the applicant, who is the respondent in the Writ Petition, it is not necessary to issue notice of the date fixed for hearing to him.
