Upon urgent mentioning, taken on Production Board. 2.

By this Civil Application, the applicant/insurance company seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and order dated 23.01.2015 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation & Judge, 11th Labour Court, Mumbai, in Application (WCA) No. 453/C-118/2012. The learned Commissioner has granted compensation of Rs. 3,78,356/- along with interest. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount

Trupti p507-caf-1820-16.doc alongwith interest accrued thereon i.e. Rs. 6,25,397/- on 06.11.2017 and hence, seeks stay to the impugned judgment. 4.

In view of this submission, the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and order dated 23.01.2015 passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation & Judge, 11th Labour Court, Mumbai, in Application (WCA) No. 453/C-118/2012 is stayed, pending the appeal.
