The aforesaid Applications for intervention are filed by the first informant in C.R.No. 286 of 2017 registered with Phaltan Police Station, District - Satara.

For the reasons stated in the Applications, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Applicants in ABA No. 1805 and 1806 of 2017 are hereby directed to implead the first informant Sanjay Jagtap as Respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within one week from today and an amended copy of the Application be served on the learned Advocate for the first informant within the same stipulated period.
