DATE : 13 MARCH, 2024 P.C. :- Mr. Jitendra Gautam, learned counsel appearing for the applicant in the interim application, submits that his client has already received the articles which were lying in the premises Flat No. 162, Tanna Residency, belonging to Empress Residency Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., A-Wing, 16th Floor, 392, Veer Savarkar Marg, Opp. Siddhivinayak Mandir, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400 025. Hence, he does not wish to press this interim application. Interim application is disposed of.

Mr. Gautam submits that he has already filed affidavit of service dated 29 November, 2023 proving service on the petitioner and the respondent. He further submits that yesterday by an e-mail, he has also informed the advocate appearing for the petitioner and the respondent party, about the fact that the interim application would be withdrawing today and the matter would be placed on the supplementary board. Affidavit of service is taken on record and print-out of the e-mail dated 12 March, 2024 is also taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Mr.Gautam has also tendered the print-out of the e-mail dated 13 March, 2024 which were addressed by the applicant in the interim application to the advocate Mr.Gautam requesting him to withdraw the interim application. The said print-out is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. 4.
