Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submitted that the petition was fled seeking quashment of FIR No. 1000 of 2021, registered at Kondhwa Police Station, Pune dated 12th November, 2021, for the ofence punishable under Sections 354, 509 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Learned Counsel further submits that during the pendency of the petition, the investigation is completed and charge-sheet is fled before the competent Court. Learned Counsel prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies available under law if so advised including fling before the competent Court.
