P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Vijay Hatiskar, Senior Police Inspector, Colaba Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completing the investigation of the present crime i.e. C.R No.129 of 2018 registered with Colaba Police Station, Mumbai, the police have submitted 'C-Summary Report' in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Mumbai on 7th April, 2021. That, the said report is numbered as CC No.0800812/Misc/2021.

ssm 62-apl144.19.doc 2) In view of the above, Application for quashing of C.R No.129 of 2018 registered with Colaba Police Station, Mumbai, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.

3) In view of disposal of Petition, nothing survives in Interim Application No.315 of 2022 and is also disposed off. 4) As the 'C-Summary Report' is submitted on 7th April, 2021, we request Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Mumbai to expedite the hearing of the same after following necessary procedure in accordance with law.
