The petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in respect of C.R.No.416 of 2016 registered with Satara City Police Station and C.R.No.82 of 2016 registered with Rahimatpur Police Station, Taluka Koregaon, District:Satara to the State CID or some other independent investigation agency.

We have gone through the FIRs and have also heard learned APP. Considering the repetitive nature of offences, we find it appropriate to pass the following order :

29 wp 3899.16.doc supervise the investigation and or further investigation, in case "A" summary report is filed, in respect of C.R.No.416 of 2016 registered with Satara City Police Station and C.R.No.82 of 2016 registered with Rahimatpur Police Station, Taluka Koregaon, District:Satara.

2. By the relief claimed under prayer clause (b), the petitioner has sought direction to respondents to ensure safety to the his life and property. The petitioner is always at liberty to apply to the District Superintendent of Police, Satara and, in the event, such an application is preferred by the petitioner, learned District Superintendent of Police, Satara, shall dispose of the same taking into considering the threat perception to the petitioner and in accordance with law.
