Heard Mr. Khanna, learned counsel for the Petitioner, and Mr. Dedhia, learned A.P.P., for the Respondent-State. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking expeditious disposal of the Criminal Complaint No.1413 of 2011 pending in 44th Metropolitan Magistrate's Court at Andheri. Affidavit-of-service is filed on record to show that Respondent No.1, who is the Accused in the said case, is duly served with the notice of this Petition; however, Respondent No.1 has not appeared in the matter.

Considering that the Criminal Complaint is pending in the Trial Court since the year 2011, the prayer made by the Petitioner for 1/2 CR.WP-3904-16.doc

expeditious disposal of the said Criminal Complaint can be allowed. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to decide the said Criminal Complaint No.1413 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
