The Applicant is admitted to interim protection by order dated 16/10/2019 in C.R. No.49 of 2019 registered with Shikrapur Police Station, Pune for offences punishable under Sections 387, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 2.

By the said order dated 16/10/2019, the Applicant was directed to report to the Police Station from 05/11/2019 to 07/11/2019. The statement of learned counsel for the Applicant is to the effect that she has co-operated with the investigation AJN

2/2 25 ABA-2273.19.odt whereas, learned A.P.P. makes a statement that the Applicant has not given her handwriting samples, which is necessary for verifying the handwriting on the chit.

Learned counsel for the Applicant assures that she has no hesitancy to give the handwriting samples and for the said purpose, she will report to the Police Station on 17/08/2021 and 18/08/2021 between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. and render her full cooperation.

Subject to the said undertaking, the order dated 16/10/2019 is made absolute, but the Applicant shall continue to render her co-operation. Liberty is granted to the prosecution to apply for cancellation of bail, in case, there is no co-operation from the Applicant.
