We find that the valuation of the Suit before the trial Court for the purposes of jurisdiction and Court Fees was made at Rs.82,52,000/-. As the amendment to Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, 1869 enhancing the jurisdiction of the District Court has come into force w.e.f. 1st September, 2015, Registry shall transfer this Appeal to the appropriate District Court.
