It appears that despite the orders dated 11th and 18th February, 2015, directing the applicant to explain the reason for not abiding with the directions of this Court for not attending the police station, the applicant has neither filed an affidavit nor has attended the police station as directed by the said orders.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that he has taken all steps and measures to contact the applicant including by SMS, but the applicant has failed to respond to the said messages asking him to comply with the directions issued by this Court.

Considering the fact that the applicant has failed to abide by the directions given by this Court vide orders dated 11th and 18th February, 2015, no further indulgence is warranted. The interim order protecting the applicant stands vacated.

Application is accordingly dismissed.
