The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after taking instructions, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn. It is submitted that parties have amicably settled the dispute out of Court. The Petitioner has deposited amount of Rs. 20 lakhs in this Court. The Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to pay the said amount to the Respondent bank within four weeks. The amounts which are deposited by the Petitioner with DRAT may be directly paid to the Respondent- Bank, alongwith the interest accrued thereon.
