The applicants are seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 177 of 2016, registered with APMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 370(1)(3) 34 of the Indian Penal Code with 3, 4 and 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.

The charge-sheet in the matter is already filed. The investigation in the matter is complete. There are no criminal antecedents. Looking to the nature of the crime and the punishment prescribed, it is just and proper to release the accused persons on bail.

Dusane 2/2 ba2257.2016 The applicants be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicants to attend APMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai as and when called.
