By this civil application, the applicant seeks that the condition order dated 30th March, 2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) be set aside and the writ petition be restored to file.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have 1/2

The applicant has made a case for setting aside the order dated 30th March, 2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) on the condition that the petitioner removes all office objection within two weeks from today. It is made clear that if all the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the order passed by this Court to stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 3.

It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
