This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.2. The applicant is the original complainant. The offence was registered under Section 376, 506-II of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information report was registered on 26.04.2016 and the anticipatory bail was granted to the respondent No.2 on 02.05.2016.

The impugned order was passed on 02.05.2016. On account of lapse of time, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application. The applicant is survivor. The offence was registered under Section 376 of IPC. Case is pending

Ethape 2 36-Appln-562-2018 for charge and there is no progress in trial. Hence, trial may be expedited.

In view of submission, application is allowed to be withdrawn. Trial is expedited.
