Heard both sides. The petitioner is agreeable to indemnify the respondents against any claim and which may be raised on account of the modification or change in the Import General Manifest. Once the petitioner has agreed to give such an indemnity, then, the petitioner's request for amendment to the said Manifest can be granted.

Once the respondents are agreeable that on

suresh 907-WP-12846.2016.doc execution of the indemnity bond indemnifying as above they will make the necessary changes or amendments, then, nothing survives in the writ petition. It is disposed of. We only direct that on execution of the indemnity bond, the amendments or changes shall be carried out forthwith.
