The above Misc. Civil Application is filed by the Applicant wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of M.J.Petition No.312 of 2016 filed by the Respondent husband seeking dissolution of marriage and pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane to the Family Court at Bandra. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent on instructions states that he has no objection if the above Misc. Civil Application is allowed. In view thereof, the following order is passed :

i. The Marriage Petition No.312 of 2016 filed by the Respondent before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane stands transferred to the Family Court at Bandra. ii. The Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane shall ensure that the papers and proceedings of Marriage Petition No.312 of 2016 are received by the Family ssp 1/2

mca 298 of 2016 (12).sxw Court, Bandra on or before 3rd October, 2017. iii. Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Bandra along with a copy of this order on 5th October, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain appropriate orders / directions.

iv. The parties as well as the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane and the Family Court at Bandra to act on an authenticated copy of this order. v. The above Misc. Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
