1] By the present application under Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the applicant has impugned the Order dated 9th October 2015, issuing notice to him in M.A. No.415 of 2015 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Phaltan under Sections 9(b) and 32 (3) (c) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

2] The record indicates that, after receipt of the said Notice, the applicant has appeared in the said proceedings and has already filed his reply dated 11.11.2016.

3] In view thereof, the Order dated 9th October 2015 has been complied with and therefore the present application does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed off.
