The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners were declared surplus in August 2012 but the Office has issued the order in the year 2016. The Petitioners were directed to join in the year 2017. The Petitioners infact went to join the school where they were directed to be absorbed in the year 2016 but the school allowed the Petitioners to join only in March 2017. The salary from August 2012 to February 2017 is not paid. The representation is made to the Education Officer. 2.

In case the representation of the Petitioners for the payment of the salary (page No.70) is pending with Respondent No.4, the Respondent No.4 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within six months.
