Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for restoration of Civil Application (ST) No.10458 of 2014 which was dismissed by order dated 5.8.2014 for non-removal of office objections.

Advocate for the applicant submits that applicant undertakes to remove all office objections in Civil Application (ST) No.10458 of 2014 within four weeks from today.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied 1/3

that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Order dated 5th August, 2014 passed by Registrar (Judl.II) is set aside.

b) Civil Application (ST) No.10458 of 2014 is restored on file.

c) Applicant is permitted to remove all office objections in Civil Application (ST) No.10458 of 2014 within four weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
