In the suit instituted by the Appellants-Plaintiffs, the learned trial Court declined to stay the election process of the RespondentTrust; however, ordered that election results shall not be declared till the disposal of the notice of motion. That order is under challenge in this appeal.

Mr. Sanglikar, learned Counsel for the Appellants, on instructions does not press this appeal from order, however would request that the trial in the suit may be expedited. In that view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of and the trial Court is requested to conclude the trial in the Suit No. 2421/2019 preferably before 31 st December, 2022.

Needless to say that elections' result of the Respondent No.1 shall be declared forthwith.
