This is an application filed through jail. Learned advocate for applicant submit that sentence of imprisonment imposed against applicant was suspended by this Court vide order dated 18th August 2020 and thereafter the applicant has been released from prison. However, in spite of order granting bail was passed by this Court on MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.04.29 16:15:31 +0530 18th August 2020, the appellant was not released from prison immediately.
