None appears for the applicants. Heard learned counsel appearing for the first respondent who has opposed the application for condonation of delay. The delay is of 45 days. This is an Appeal preferred by the Government of India and the Administrator of the Union Territory of Daman and Diu. In view of the averments made in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application, sufficient cause is made out. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause (a). First Appeal shall be listed for admission on the date fixed as per the CMIS.
